St James Place, Bath

The project included the restoration of a roof featuring two Georgian dormer windows and three substantial lead-lined central and outer valley gutters. Reclaimed Bath stone ridge tiles were carefully sourced from Walcott Reclamation and traditionally bedded in lime mortar to preserve the property’s historic character.

The finished roof was completed to an exceptional standard, exceeding the client’s expectations and resulting in a truly outstanding review.
