Breathable Roofing & Slate Tiles
As part of the renewal, we installed state-of-the-art breathable roofing felt, improving ventilation, moisture management, and overall roof performance. The client also opted to replace the existing concrete tiles with natural slate tiles, providing a more refined appearance while aligning with the home’s modern character.
Enhanced Rainwater Management
In response to evolving climate conditions and increased rainfall, the client requested an upgrade to larger rainwater goods. This ensures more efficient water management and long-term protection for the property, reducing the risk of overflow or damage.
Sustainable Energy Integration
