S&J Roofing have just completed renewing our flat roof. Right from when we first approached the office for a quote, they have been very helpful and professional. They have been completely punctual, delivering the work in the proposed time-scale and in addition taken into account specific requirements for our roof. Over the past year, S&J Roofing has undertaken a significant amount of work for me including: building and installing an internal valley, refurbushing and releading the valley, installing new guttering and painting the rear of the property. Throughout, the whole team have been excellent, from the owner Lee through to the  efficient and responsive office team. I would fully recommend S&J Roofing as a company that puts the needs of the customer first! Their initial advice was invaluable - warning me what not to do, as well as what I needed to do to satisfy the listed building requirements. They kept me updated with progress photo's throughout the project. Their office staff overseeing the works were helpful, polite and friendly, and always answered any queries promptly. It was very helpful being able to meet their owner at their showroom in Walcot Street, BATH., where he went through the whole re-roofing process showing me the products they recommended and used and their methods. Everything was clearly set out.
