Middle Elevation Lead Valley Gutter:

– Our team expertly removed and replaced the lead valley gutter on the middle elevation, ensuring superior drainage and long-term durability. Using premium Code 4 lead, we installed the new system to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Sky Light Window Installation:

– To bring more natural light into the building, we installed a high-quality skylight window. This addition not only brightens the interior but also adds a modern touch to the classic architecture of the Hilton Hotel. The skylight was fitted with precision to ensure a seamless integration with the existing roof structure.

Challenges and Solutions:

Historical Sensitivity: Working on a historic building like the Hilton required careful handling to preserve its architectural integrity. Our team used specialised techniques and materials that matched the original construction, maintaining the hotel’s historic charm while upgrading its functionality.

– Minimal Disruption: Given the hotel’s continuous operation, we coordinated closely with Hilton management to schedule work during off-peak hours, minimising disruption to guests and staff. Our team adhered to strict cleanliness protocols, ensuring the site was immaculate at the end of each workday

Their initial advice was invaluable - warning me what not to do, as well as what I needed to do to satisfy the listed building requirements. They kept me updated with progress photo's throughout the project. Their office staff overseeing the works were helpful, polite and friendly, and always answered any queries promptly. It was very helpful being able to meet their owner at their showroom in Walcot Street, BATH., where he went through the whole re-roofing process showing me the products they recommended and used and their methods.
