Fairfield House, Kelston – Mobius
Get a Quote
Fairfield House, in Newbridge, Bath, England is a Grade II listed building.
It was the residence of Haile Selassie I, Emperor of Ethiopia, during the five years he spent in exile. Following his return to Ethiopia, he donated it to the city of Bath in 1958 as a residence for the aged. Since then it has been used as a day centre by a number of groups including the Bath Ethnic Minority Senior Citizens’ Association. S&J had been approached by Mobius to carry out some remedial works to the property for development over the coming years.
S&J had been instructed to renew flashing to the chimney stacks using Code 4 300mm BLM BS standard lead for front apron and side flashings, Code 5 450mm lead will be introduced to the rear back gutter.
S&J Roofing look forward to continuing to work closely on this property with Mobius.
